We all know that Breakfast is the most important part of our appetite. Having "Healthy Breakfast" on time is very essential as it gives us the energy & positivity to start our day.
Many of us specially the females avoid having breakfast and so it results a lazy & annoying day. Understanding the value of having Healthy Breakfast is required for everyone.
A very big myth which most of the females have is they will reduce their weight if they skip their Breakfast. This is completely wrong. If you skip your morning meal then you will gain weight very easily. So if you think you are going to be thin then you are not right.
The Best Time for having breakfast is between 8:30 AM-9:30 AM. After your morning workout i.e. a 30 mins walk or an extensive session of Zumba, Aerobics or Yoga, Running, etc.
Now let me tell you what you breakfast should include. In this case if you want to reduce your weight then have:
- Oats
- Upma
- Rawa Dosa
- Rawa Uttapam
- Eggs (white part)
- Fruits
- Fruits Juice
- Poha
- Appum
- Rawa Idli
These all options are very healthy & tasty too. All you have to do is to eat the good amount of it not over eating. I promise if you make it a part of your daily life you will feel more enthusiastic, positive, energetic & happy.
