Method:
- · Peel off the 2 Kiwi fruits & take them in a dish.
- · Add ½ liter low-fat Chilled milk to it.
- · Place the mixture in a grinder.
- · Add 2 tsp honey/ Sugar to it.
- · Blend the mixture smoothly.
