Ingredients:

Kiwi Fruits - 02
Honey / Sugar – 02 Tea Spoon
Chilled Milk – Half Liters (Low fat milk for health conscious people)
Crushed Ice

Method:
  • ·         Peel off the 2 Kiwi fruits & take them in a dish.
  • ·         Add ½ liter low-fat Chilled milk to it.
  • ·         Place the mixture in a grinder.
  • ·         Add 2 tsp honey/ Sugar to it.
  • ·         Blend the mixture smoothly.
  • ·         Serve the kiwi shake with crushed ice in tall glasses.
  • ·         Garnish it with kiwi slices. (Optional)
